Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
-Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and ready for collection from the courier.
-Please allow 6-8 business days to receive your package upon placing your order.
Delivery
-Tracking information will take 24-48 hours to update. (If you have received your tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the shipment is collected from our warehouse).
-Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US nationally observed holidays.
"Due to the holidays, you may experience package delays. Please contact the courier directly by using the tracking number included in your confirmation email if you experience any delays. We will work directly with the couriers to monitor delivery updates"
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange broken or damaged products. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 7 days of your receipt date for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days of your receipt date. Please contact customer service at customercare@delovelyskin.com and we will follow up with the appropriate return instructions.
Returns
Due to health and sanitation restrictions, product returns are prohibited. We will be happy to exchange a broken or damaged products.
