Exchanges We will be happy to exchange broken or damaged products. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 7 days of your receipt date for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 7 days of your receipt date. Please contact customer service at customercare@delovelyskin.com and we will follow up with the appropriate return instructions. Returns Due to health and sanitation restrictions, product returns are prohibited. We will be happy to exchange a broken or damaged products.

SHAKE ME: Ingredients like to go their separate ways until it is time to work together. Shake well before use for a well-blended product. APPLY ME: Using freshly cleansed hands, apply a thin and even layer onto clean, dry skin. Gently massage into skin until serum has been absorbed. Daily usage is strongly encouraged. STORE ME: Store in dark, dry, 68°-77°F(20°-25°C) temperature rooms.

Our products are designed to be suitable for use during pregnancy. However, we recommend you consult with your doctor to approve any ingredients in the products you use during pregnancy.

For the fastest and most visible results, we recommend using our SERUMS twice a day, typically in the morning and evening. During winter months we encourage using our SERUMS twice daily at minimum. Cold air causes moisture in the skin to evaporate quickly, as a result, make skin dry, cracked and flaky. The Lovely Skin products are designed to locks moisture in your skin and can be especially helpful in protecting hands, feet, elbows, knees and other parts of the body that typically get dry.

Skin takes at least one month to start showing results. After using The Lovely Skin products consistently for 30 days, you should notice visible changes in your skin. All new skincare products added to your routine should be followed at least three months to truly know if it is effective for your overall skin type.

No additives are used in our products. Emulsifiers are additives used to help mix two substances that typically separate when they are combined. To reframe from adding extra additives in our products, we have to accept the fact that ingredients will separate when they are sitting, because Ingredients like to go their separate ways until it is time to work together.
